Plan Description
This map unites most native tribes in Arizona to one district. It creates another rural district that consists of Snowflake, Prescott, Sedona, Graham County, Greenlee County, Cochise County, Santa Cruz County, and the rural parts of Pima county. There is a semi-rural district that combines rural-esque suburbs of Phoenix with Prescott. It creates a hispanic-focused district in the Southwest of Phoenix, a Central/Western Phoenix district, a Northeast Phoenix/Scottsdale district, and two EValley.
Plan Objective
This map creates a district (1) focused on uniting most Native American lands in the state. It also includes Yuma and the I17 communities. District 2 gives Tucson a unified voice. It is close to the 5% limit as it ought to include as much of the Tucson exurbs as possible. District 3 is a rural district combining Greenlee, Cochise, and Graham counties with the rural parts of Pima and Pinal, the Payson area, and the Snowflake-Pinetop corridor. District 4 gives a voice to the more rustic suburbs and exurbs of Phoenix and Prescott. It tries to stay away from traditional suburban living and more towards horse properties, UTV fans, RV owners, independent farmers, etc. Districts 1-4 allow rural Arizonans to have their voice heard without illogically including people from metro Phoenix or Tucson. District 2 is of particular importance as it needs to be as large as possible to give Tucson its voice without compromise. District 5 consists of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the related area
