| CD Test Map Version 1.0 | This plan was the first plan created from the Grid Map where changes were started to be made. More progress occurred concurrently on CD 1.1 so this mapped stopped being worked on. This plan was initially shown but ultimately skipped at the meeting on October 5, 2021. |
| CD Test Map Version 1.1 | This plan was officially adopted on October 5, 2021 as the next iteration of the Grid Map. All editing stopped on this plan version and the next iteration will be CD 2.0. |
| CD Test Map Version 2.0 | As the first version based off the newly adopted CD Pre-Draft Map 1.1, CD Test Map Version 2.0 looks to offer a view of splitting Tucson diagonally into differing districts as well as moves the northern tribes from District 9 to District 2. |
| CD Test Map Version 2.1 | As the second version based off the newly adopted CD Pre-Draft Map 1.1, CD Test Map Version 2.1 looks at making more of an overhaul based on consolidated team notes. The Township Median is essentially the center of an entire district versus where multiple districts meet. More Community of Interest feedback was taken into account for this version as well. |

| CD Test Map Version 3.0 | As the first version based off the newly adopted CD Test Map Version 2.1, CD Test Map Version 3.0 looks to mirror the map submitted by the Latino Coalition for District 3 causing Districts 1 and 9 to become unbalanced. CD Test Map Version 3.0 also moves the entire Gila River Reservation into District 7. The southern border of District 9 is extended South of I-8 in order to not split Welton, Tacna, and Dateland. Fort Yuma Reservation and surrounding blocks are moved into District 7 to keep all three reservations together. |
| CD Test Map Version 3.1 | In this version based off CD Test Map Version 3.0, CD Test Map Version 3.1 looks to incorporate Mojave County into District 2 in its entirety per request of Commissioners. CD Test Map Version 3.1 then removes Pinal County from District 2 and is left as Unassigned for demonstration purposes only. District 2 was population balanced using Gila County. |

| CD Test Map Version 3.3 | In this version based off CD Test Map Version 3.0, CD Test Map Version 3.3 looks to incorporate Graham and Greenlee into District 2. CD Test Version Map 3.3 then extends District 6 north into Pinal County, adding Red Rock, Arizona City, Eloy, Picacho, Oracle, Mammoth, San Manuel, Dudleyville, Kearny, and a southern portion of Coolidge in order to achieve population balancing. |
| CD Test Map Version 3.4 | In this version based off CD Test Map Version 3.0, CD Test Map Version 3.4 looks to remove West Valley cities (Southern section) from District 9 and is left Unassigned. CD Test Map Version 3.4 then extends District 2 into Pinal County, adding Maricopa and the western portion of Casa Grande in order to achieve population balancing. Gila Bend is added to District 7 while the eastern portion of San Tan Valley and Florence is added into District 2. The western border of District 5 is moved into District 4, including East Mesa, South Chandler, and most of Gilbert. The Northern border of District 4 is moved into District one, including Tempe, South Scottsdale, and the entire Salt River Reservation. The Western border of District 1 is moved into District 8. Both Sun City, Sun City West, and Sun City Grand are moved into District 8. The northern part of Peoria is moved into District 9. |
| CD Test Map Version 3.5 | In this version based off CD Test Map Version 3.4, CD Test Map Version 3.5 looks to match the eastern border of District 7 to that of District 7’s in CD Test Map Version 3.0 in order to achieve population balancing. The eastern border of District 6 is pushed east to take Tucson south of the Rillito River. District 6 is also pushed north into Pinal County, west of I-79. Additions to District 6 include Red Rock, Eloy, Arizona City, Picacho, Maricopa, and some of Casa Grande. |
| CD Test Map Version 4.0 | In this version based off CD Test Map version 3.5, the primary objective of CD Test Map Version 4.0 is to replicate the Latino Coalition District 7 (CDF006) map to consolidate more of the heavily Latino neighborhoods. To balance the rest of the districts, CD Test Map Version 4.0 removed the Gila River and Maricopa Reservations from District 7 into District 2 and extended District 5 into Gila County. |
| CD Test Map Version 4.1 | In this version based off CD Test Map version 4.0, the primary objective of CD Test Map Version 4.1 is also to replicate District 7 from the Latino Coalition map (CDF006), while using an alternative method of balancing. CD Test Map Version 4.1 adds the Gila River and Maricopa Reservations back into District 7 and extends District 5 south into Coolidge rather than into Gila County. |

| CD Test Map Version 5.0 | In this version based off CD Test Map Version 4.2, the primary objective of CD Test Map Version 5.0 was to fulfill multiple Commissioner requests, including uniting the Ak-Chin Reservation, Gila River Reservation, and Maricopa City in District 2, increasing the competitiveness in Districts 4 and 5, moving parts of Avondale and Tolleson into District 3, and moving all of Casa Grande and the University of Arizona area into District 6. |
| CD Test Map Version 5.1 | CD Test Map Version 5.1 builds off CD 5.0 with slight balancing changes between District 6 and District 7. |
| CD Test Map Version 5.2 | CD Test Map Version 5.2 builds off CD 5.1 with the goal being to add Maricopa City into District 6 with Casa Grande. This map was unable to be accomplished because this move offsets the population in District 2, which has no great area to pull extra population from. |
| CD Test Map Version 5.3 | This version, based off CD Test Map 5.0, looks to break the Prescott corridor into District 9 using the Mingus Mountains as a border. Other major points are Graham and Greenlee going into District 2, Casa Grande being moved into District 6 and Apache Junction moving into District 2. This version is for demonstration purposes and therefore is not completely balanced. |
| CD Test Map Version 6.0 | In this version based off CD Test Map Version 5.0, CD Test Map Version 6.0 looks to move the northeastern corner of District 8 east of the canal into District 1. |
| CD Test Map Version 6.1 | In this version based off CD Test Map Version 6.0, CD Test Map Version 6.1 looks to add a third Latino opportunity district (District 8) without hurting the competitiveness in District 1 and District 4. These changes resulted in an arguably competitive Latino district. |
| CD Test Map Version 7.0 | In this version based off CD Test Map Version 6.0, CD Test Map Version 7.0 adjusts D3 to ensure VRA compliance by reducing concerns about potential packing by avoiding a very high Latino percent in a CD that may not be polarized. |
| CD Test Map Version 7.1 | In this version based off CD Test Map Version 7.0, CD Test Map Version 7.1 aims to population balance the entire plan to +/- 1 person transferring blocks between districts. Considerations taken when population balancing were 1) to not take any blocks from tribal reservations and 2) to not cross county boundaries or city limits, when possible. |

Cleanup of slivers and splits across the state as shown in the Assigned District Splits Report were performed on the Approved Congressional Final Draft Map. No further cleanup required on Official Congressional Map 14.0. |

| LD Test Map Version 2.0 | As the first version based off the newly adopted LD Pre-Draft Map 1.0, LD Version 2.0 looks to make more of an overhaul based on consolidated team notes. Community of Interest feedback was taken heavily into account for this version. This version was accepted as the next series of the pre-draft map on October 15, 2021. |
| LD Test Map Version 3.0 | In this version based off the newly adopted LD Test Map Version 2.0, Flagstaff is moved from District 7 to District 6 in its entirety only as a demonstration. District 7 also has moved east to Highway 191, including Springerville, Eager and St. John’s. Including Yavapai County in District 7 as well as all eastern parts currently included in the district not meeting the allowable population deviation; without Yavapai it is 113,000 short of target. The only option to rectify population is to include in District 7: Maricopa, or Gila and Pinal. In this version, Flagstaff cannot be kept whole in a single district and allow us to achieve the population balancing that is needed. |

| LD Test Map Version 11.2 | This map takes the LD Test Map Version 11.0 base and adds in the Yuma Gold split, the Navajo Nation LD 6 and 7 (LDF056 and LDF057), and also the Latino Coalitions LD 11, 22, 24, and 26 (LD0069). After adding the Yuma Gold (LD0057) split, we had to use district 16 in the Yuma split instead of district 22 or district 25 due to keeping the Latino Coalition's district 22, the Navajo Nation’s district 7, and the requested Tucson changes. |
