Plan Objective
This map only makes changes to districts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8. Please ignore changes to other districts that were only done for population balancing.
This map keeps communities of interest intact in the North Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Tempe areas. All of Tempe is whole in one legislative district. Scottsdale is split so the mall and urban South Scottsdale is together with Mill Avenue and Tempe. Suburban Scottsdale is with suburban Paradise Valley and exurban Scottsdale is with Fountain Hills. Sunnyslope is reunited with central Phoenix. Deer Valley and north Phoenix are reunited as well.
