Plan Description
The point of this Congressional Map is to not only even distribute population in each district...but makes EVERY district competitive for both Democrats and Republicans. There are no districts that lean to one party with massive numbers. Every district is within the 50% vs 40%ish distribution making each district COMPETITIVE by party. Some are only 1-5% difference.
Plan Objective
The point of this Congressional Map is to make EVERY district competitive for both Democrats and Republicans. There are no districts that lean to one party with massive percentages. Every district is within the 50% vs 40%ish distribution making each district extremely bipartisan and COMPETITIVE. Most districts are only 1-5% difference. This is how an "Independent" redistricting map should look. No party has an overwhelming advantage. Yet all districts are within a reasonable representational regions, contiguous and use commonplace boundaries.
