Plan Description

Plan Objective
This is clearly the best map that anyone can come up with. It is so straightforward and on point its like a cruise missile hitting the head of a pin. You don't have to over think this, or ask why is Flagstaff in the same district as Chandler? Or how do we get Lake Havasu to vote with people in Douglas? There are no district tentacles reaching into neighborhoods to grab specific voting blocs. Like Micheal S, says, keep it simple stupid, great advice, hurts my feelings every time.
