Not an Arizona resident, just someone who follows redistricting across the country. My plan has a 5-4 Democratic split in 2020, has four highly competitive districts, preserves the cores of prior districts, and has two majority hispanic districts and one majority non-white district.

Not an Arizona resident, just someone who follows redistricting across the country. My plan has a 5-4 Democratic split in 2020, has four highly competitive districts, preserves the cores of prior districts, and has two majority hispanic districts and one majority non-white district. It also doesn't divide any Native American reservations, and puts almost all of them into one district to maximize their voice.
