It contains one Northern Arizona district that takes in the counties that cover the Colorado Plateau including Prescott, Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon and similar national park areas. There is one majority Hispanic seat in Phoenix along with two plurality Hispanic seats (one containing Tuscon and one Sonoran desert district stretching from Yuma into Western Maricopa and Pinal. Finally there's a district that takes in Southeast Arizona which contains the Eastern part of the Sonoran Desert outside Tuscon.
