Notice is hereby given to the members of the Independent Redistricting Commission and to the general public that the Independent Redistricting Commission will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday, January 14, 2021, beginning at 11:15 a.m., at the Secretary of State’s Conference Room, 7th Floor, 1700 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85007.

The Commission reserves the right to change the order of items on the agenda. The Commission may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, for any item listed on the agenda, for the following purposes: obtaining legal advice pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), or for discussion or consideration of records exempt by law from public inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information or testimony that is specifically required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(2).

 

A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available at the Secretary of State's Office, 7th Floor, 1700 West Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85007 at least forty-eight hours in advance of the meeting. Background material provided to the Committee that is not otherwise exempt by law from public inspection is available for inspection at the Secretary of State's Office, 7th Floor, 1700 West Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ  85007.

 

On January 14, 2021, public comment will open at 12:00 P.M. and remain open until 3:30 P.M. Comments will be accepted electronically in writing only on the following form: https://tinyurl.com/ircinterview21. Comments are limited to 4000 characters.
