Plan Description
This is a map of statewide legislative districts developed with a focus on LD6 and LD7. All populations have been approximately balanced and districts have been made competitive where possible. LD6 is designed to encompass communities surrounding Flagstaff, Winslow, and the Verde Valley. Both precincts for Williams have been assigned to LD5, resulting in a +1% deviation in population for LD5 and a -1% deviation for LD6. LD7 is designed to provide representation for tribal communities in northern AZ. Similarly, LD21 encompasses tribal communities in southern AZ.
