Comments = "I have carefully checked each proposed LD boundary to ensure that the map complies with all Constitutional  Voting Rights Act and Arizona Constitutional requirements.
There may need to be slight adjustments at the peripheries of the districts to align with communities of interests and geographical landmarks  city boundaries and the like.  However  the LD proposals are very nearly aligned with the CD map proposal that I submitted.  I paid very careful attention to Indian reservations  geographical references  county boundaries and communities of interest to the extent that they were visible on the map. 
This map should serve as an excellent starting point to begin development of the final draft map for legislative district redistricting."
