Comments = "This is a plan to break up the draft district 24.  It puts south Scottsdale in with the rest of Scottsdale.  It puts Fountain Hills and the indian reservations in with Fountain Hills and attaches it to district 15.  I spoke about this during the meeting in Scottsdale on November 3rd.

This plan fixes the problem of south Scottsdale being tacked on in a district which is predominantly of another city.  South Scottsdale has been represented by nothing but Tempeans for the last 10 years resulting in a lack of representation.  The next 10 years will be the same deal except for with Phoenix instead of Tempe.  South Scottsdale will not be represented."
